Certification Requirements

Independent agents must complete the required annual certification before selling Aetna plans. AHIP certification is a prerequisite. Carrier-specific product certification is also required each plan year.

Certification Platform: Aetna Producer World / Healthspring Training

Complete AHIP Medicare training, then complete Aetna product-specific certification annually on Producer World. Certification must be completed before selling.
